Creatures of the Kingdom

Learn about the diverse creatures of the animal kingdom! From insects to mammals, we will discover what characteristics make these animals who they are. We’ll explore biofacts and live animals to compare and contrast these creatures. Campers will also see where they fit into the kingdom and see how their abilities compare to other species’ through games and activities! Tuesday through Thursday all activities take place at the zoo, but on Friday afternoon, we’ll take a swim at the outdoor pool.

Dates: July 5-8 (no camp on Monday, July 4th)

Times:  9 am – 3 pm

Cost:  $122; Good Zoo Members take 10% off

Cancellation Policy
Payment for all camp programs is required at the time of registration. The zoo reserves the right to cancel any camp for any reason. If the zoo cancels a camp, participants will be notified by email and/or phone at least 24 hours prior to the program's start time. Participants of camps cancelled by the zoo will be given the opportunity to schedule into another open camp session (of equal value), apply the refund amount toward a camp session of a different value, or receive a full refund. The following refund policy applies to individuals wishing to cancel a camp registration: Camps canceled 2 weeks or more from the camp start date will receive a full refund or scheduled into another available session (during the current year). Cancelling 7 to 13 days prior to the camp will receive a 50% refund or scheduled into another available session (during the current year). No refunds will be granted for cancellations less than one week from the camp's start date and the camp fee is not transferable to another session.
