ZSI: Zoo Scene Investigation (All new activities!)

Enjoy this new spin on a favorite camp! Try out the role of investigator, zoo style! Detectives often identify suspects using footprints, but we will solve a mystery by identifying animals’ hoof and paw prints. Discover a missing animal and find out who stole it using fingerprint and interrogation techniques. Test out your problem-solving skills with brain games, decode a secret message, and try to complete an escape room! Campers will spend the afternoon swimming at Oglebay’s Outdoor pool. Want to come to camp, but don’t want to go to the pool? Try our ½ day option from 9 am – 12 pm!

                         9 am – 12 pm (Half Day Option – No Pool)

Cost:  $152; Good Zoo Members take 10% off

Cancellation Policy
Payment for all programs is required at the time of registration. The zoo reserves the right to cancel any program for any reason. If the zoo cancels a program, participants will be notified by email and/or phone at least 24 hours prior to the program's start time. Participants of programs cancelled by the zoo will be given the opportunity to schedule into another open session (of equal value), apply the refund amount toward a session of a different value, or receive a full refund. The following refund policy applies to individuals wishing to cancel a Summer Education Program registration: Programs canceled 2 weeks or more from the start date will receive a full refund or scheduled into another available session (during the current year). Cancelling 7 - 13 days prior to the program will receive a 50% refund or scheduled into another available session (during the current year). No refunds will be granted for cancellations less than one week from the program's start date and the program fee is not transferable to another session.
