Creepy Critters 

From creepy crawling creatures to scaly slithering serpents, explore the misunderstood critters in the zoo and out in nature! Even some of the cute and fuzzy animals have some odd adaptations. Campers will face their fears while meeting a cockroach and will even create a maze for pillbugs. Through games, crafts, and other activities, children will develop an appreciation for animals that they may have disliked before, or enjoy learning more about the critters they have always loved! 

Dates: June 26-30 

Times: 9 am – 3 pm 

Cost: $152; Good Zoo Members take 10% off

Cancellation Policy
Payment for all camp programs is required at the time of registration. The zoo reserves the right to cancel any camp for any reason. If the zoo cancels a camp, participants will be notified by email and/or phone at least 24 hours prior to the program's start time. Participants of camps cancelled by the zoo will be given the opportunity to schedule into another open camp session (of equal value), apply the refund amount toward a camp session of a different value, or receive a full refund. The following refund policy applies to individuals wishing to cancel a camp registration: Camps canceled 2 weeks or more from the camp start date will receive a full refund or scheduled into another available session (during the current year). Cancelling 7 - 13 days prior to the camp will receive a 50% refund or scheduled into another available session (during the current year). No refunds will be granted for cancellations less than one week from the camp's start date and the camp fee is not transferable to another session.
